Phos processes religious data, including spiritual reflections, journal entries, and interactions with our AI spiritual coach. Religious beliefs and practices are considered sensitive personal data under GDPR and similar regulations. We treat this information with the highest level of care.

AI Processing
Phos uses AI language models to power the spiritual coaching feature. Your chat conversations are processed by AI APIs to generate personalized responses. We retain chat history to maintain conversation continuity.

Data Retention
Account information is retained until you request deletion. Chat history is kept for service continuity. Journal entries remain accessible until deleted. You can request data deletion at any time.

You have the right to: access your personal data, export your data, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and data, and withdraw consent for data processing.
Account Deletion
Delete your account via app settings or by emailing hello@phos.nz. We remove personal data within 30 days of request.
Children's Privacy
Phos is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence with appropriate safeguards.
